The best match happens before anyone goes looking.

Most "recommendation engines" are one-directional — here's what you might like, based on what you clicked. Real matching means both sides are actively scored against each other, continuously.

Why this exists

Two-sided marketplaces live or die on how fast a good match surfaces. A job posted at 9am and a perfect candidate registered at 9:05 should find each other by 9:06.

What we won't do

We don't build matching systems designed to obscure how a match was scored, and we don't build systems intended to discriminate on protected characteristics.

Who we build for

Any two-sided system — hiring, real estate, marketplaces, dating, logistics — where the value is in the speed and accuracy of the match.
